Naturum Hornborga
Beautifully located in the old cultural landscape at the foot of the mountain Billingen.
The old information facility, which is built on poles in the lake, contains information, an exhibition and toilets, from the upper floor you have a nice view of the lake. The facility was inaugurated in 1986 when the restoration of the lake to become a bird lake again had begun.
Naturum is open March-September. Here are maps of the hiking trails around Hornborgasjön.
In 2017, a new entrance building Doppingen opened with a café, auditorium, toilets and offices.
