Extreme rich marsh with many rarities

Skogatorpskärret or Skogastorpskärret as it is also called is an extreme marsh with many orchid species but is dominated by axag (Schoenus ferrugineus). The marsh slopes to the northwest and along the western part a larger stream flows from Plantaberget. The marsh also has several springs with calcareous water, which on the slope develops a beautiful mosaic between moist marshes and calcareous ridges with dry meadow flora.
