In early summer, sea thrift (Armeria maritima) dominates and colors the area pink.

On the moist beach meadows, typical beach meadow species grow such as beach aster (Aster tripolium), sea rocket(Cakile maritima), scurvy-grass (Cochlearia officinalis) and strawberry clover (Trifolium fragiferum). In the pebble stone you will find sea campion (Silene uniflora). There are also stands of sea holly (Eryngium maritimum).
